How is Strategy Buddy different from ChatGPT or Claude?
An LLM re-thinks brand and strategy from scratch with every question. That leads to invented facts, contradictory answers and, above all, to it telling you what you want to hear. It is not built to advise you critically, no matter how well you prompt. Strategy Buddy can do everything an LLM can. His curated foundation makes sure he behaves like a strategist while doing it: with clear methods, precise tools and principles he does not reinvent every time.
Input LLM: A perfectly worded prompt. Strategy Buddy: Your situation and your goal. He asks for the rest, bundled in one round.
Basis LLM: The open internet. Strategy Buddy: Laws of growth, schools of marketing science, curated frameworks and your brand. The web as a supplement, not as the truth.
Agreement LLM: Says yes, because yes is the most likely text. Strategy Buddy: Says where the evidence disagrees, and names the sources.
Who decides LLM: You take the answer. Strategy Buddy: He lays out options and evidence. You reach the decision you will defend in the next meeting.
Memory LLM: Ends with the chat. Strategy Buddy: Stays in the project and the brand.
Do I need prior strategy knowledge?
No. Strategy Buddy carries the frameworks and the terms. He explains every technical term in plain language first, then with its name from practice. As your coach, he explains every concept using your own brand.
How long until Strategy Buddy knows my brand?
In auto training you answer ten questions, optionally upload documents, and minutes later your brand is ready in version 1.0. Manual training goes deeper: he interviews you step by step and researches alongside. You decide how far.
Can I share Strategy Buddy with my team, clients or agency?
Yes. A trained brand is a shareable memory. Colleagues, clients and agency partners work directly with the trained Strategy Buddy. Every update is instantly there for everyone.
Can I train several client brands?
Yes. Each brand is its own memory with its own training and its own sharing. For several users there are team packages on request.
Is my data used for AI training?
No. Your data is never used to train AI models. All data is encrypted, all AI connectors are located in Europe, customers are strictly separated. Strategy Buddy is GDPR-compliant, with no third-party tracking. ISO 27001 / SOC 2 certification is under way. If you cancel, you decide what happens to your data: export it, keep it for a later reactivation or have it fully deleted. All workspaces, documents and embeddings are then irreversibly deleted.
Is there a minimum term?
The annual plan runs for 12 months. Unless you cancel one month before the end, it renews for another 12 months. The monthly plan can be cancelled with 14 days' notice to the end of the month. On the annual plan you save up to 20 % and carry unused credits into the next month, up to twice your monthly allowance. Open credits expire on cancellation.
Can I use Strategy Buddy in Slack or Teams?
Integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams are planned and part of the 2027 roadmap. Currently Strategy Buddy runs as a standalone platform in the browser.
We are early. So are you.
Strategy Buddy is still in beta. Our plans for 2027, however, are already being implemented. That means: the foundation is in place, the next features are in the works. And because we develop the tool in our customers' interest, we welcome suggestions and individual requests.
